The whole process, from brand to series

I run AI training for marketing as one repeatable process: from understanding the brand, through strategic and creative decisions, to producing a consistent series of graphics and video. The team develops one project from start to finish, and every exercise ends with a decision or an asset that the next stage builds on. It is also AI graphics training and the first step in implementing AI in a company.

  1. 01

    Brand foundation

We gather the brand voice, visual rules, product facts and recorded feedback into one document that every later stage and every future campaign draws on.

  2. 02

    Research and insight

Research in five areas: company, category, consumer, culture and case studies. From the tensions we derive an insight and a strategic direction.

  3. 03

    Creative brief

A brief that marks what is confirmed and what is proposed. All further production builds on it.

  4. 04

    Ideas and series plan

Three creative ideas with different mechanics, one of them developed, plus a communication plan with the role of each asset and the skeleton of the series.

  5. 05

    Prompt Director

We build an instruction that turns the approved creative direction into prompts for a specific model and operation. The team tests it, refines it and uses it in later projects.

  6. 06

    Key Visual and graphic series

Moodboard, art direction and a series system card. We test the direction on a single Key Visual, then develop it into a series of posts and adaptations to 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 formats.

  7. 07

    AI video

Character and product consistency across shots, image‑to‑video from prepared keyframes and editing into a finished piece.

  8. 08

    Review and rollout

Layer-by-layer review of the materials: brief, idea, art direction, prompt, layout. We cover the ethical and legal side of working with AI: copyright, the AI Act and content labeling. We record the brand rules and hand over a process the team can repeat on its own.

Frequently asked questions

Can the training be based on our brand’s materials?

Yes, and that is the best option. We work with your brief, brand guidelines, previous campaigns and copy examples. Before the workshop I collect materials and assess the team’s needs so the exercises reflect your real work.

Do we work with the tools approved in our company?

Yes. I build the program around the tools your IT department has approved for work. Before the training I check what the team has access to, what the account limits are and which features are enabled. I work in the Google ecosystem (Gemini, Nano Banana, Veo, Flow) or with other tools approved in your company. When the team is free to choose, I also show tools such as Magnific, Runway, Kling, DFirst, Dreamina and ComfyUI. I teach the logic of the process: the brief, prompting, consistency control and evaluating results. This way the team can carry that knowledge over to new tools and models.

Do you cover the ethical and legal aspects of AI?

Yes, it is a regular part of the training. I cover the rules of safe work: what data to enter into the tools, how copyright applies to materials created with AI, how to label such content and what the AI Act means for marketing and creative teams. We also talk about ethics: where AI supports the team’s work and where a human decision is needed. The decision to publish materials stays with the company and its procedures. For some art history behind today’s AI debate, read A Donkey, Monet & Midjourney.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. A good first step is a 1:1 session or a 1‑day workshop for one team. Afterwards you receive a report with recommendations and decide on the next stage.

What do we keep after the training?

A report with recommendations and the workshop materials, including templates for further work: reusable master prompts, a series system card, a production log and a feedback register. After a 1:1 session you get the recording and an email follow‑up after 48 h.
