Talks on AI in film and advertising
Looking for a speaker who shows AI in creative work through his own projects? Every day I produce films and campaigns with AI and teach teams to do the same. On stage I walk through the whole process, from brief to finished piece. Browse the topics and ask about dates.

On stage
Inspiration you can implement
My talks follow two tracks. Inspirational talks show what AI changes in creative work and storytelling. Implementation talks turn that into processes and decisions within a team. In both cases:
- I work live: a brief turns into an image or a scene in front of the audience,
- I show the decisions along with the results: why this frame, why this tool, where AI falls short,
- I finish with something participants can apply in their own work right away.
Topics
What I talk about
Talks and keynotes on AI in film, advertising and marketing: from inspiration to rolling out AI across a team. I tailor the topic and length to each event.
AI and storytelling
Is creativity repeatable?
“Let’s do it in AI, it’ll be faster”
Hyper-personalization and scaling creative
Creative Leadership with AI

Which format to choose?
- A talk or keynote runs 30–45 minutes, with time for audience questions at the end.
- A live demo means working with AI tools on stage, also as a prompt battle, as at Freepik Upscale.
- A panel discussion is a conversation about AI from the perspective of a creator and educator, as in the DIMAQ panel on change in advertising.
- A workshop after the talk gives participants time for their own hands-on work with AI. See training and workshops.

Questions
Questions from organizers
Who are these talks for?
I tailor each talk to the type of event. I speak at events such as:
- marketing, advertising and e‑commerce conferences,
- tech conferences and events run by AI companies,
- film and creative festivals,
- tourism forums and regional promotion events,
- congresses for local governments,
- events for project managers and team leaders.
For conferences and festivals I prepare inspirational or implementation talks. For companies, agencies and teams bringing AI into their work, the implementation track works best.
Do attendees need to know AI tools?
Curiosity is enough. I start every demo from the basics and explain each step in plain language. The tools I show include Runway, Magnific, DFirst, Dreamina, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedance, Higgsfield, Weavy, Flora and ComfyUI. People who already work with AI get tips for their own projects.
Do you show AI tools?
Yes, in my demos I work with them live. I explain what I use them for and how I judge the results. I also show what I do when the output drifts away from the idea. The examples come from my own client work:AI Video & Graphics Production for Brands.
Can you give your talk in English?
Yes. I give talks in Polish and in English. My English-language talks include Balkan eCommerce Summit 2026.
Can a talk be combined with a workshop?
Yes. After the talk I can run a hands-on workshop for event participants or for your team. I have done this several times, for example at PMI events. It pays to plan it early, together with the agenda.See training and workshops.
How much does a talk cost?
The fee depends on the format, the length and the location of the event. Tell me what you are planning and I will prepare a proposal.
Do you have a short bio for the agenda?
Krystian Wydro, AI Creative Director & Advisor at OtterMind. He makes films and campaigns with AI and helps companies bring AI into the work of creative and marketing teams. Creative Partner of Runway, Magnific and DFirst.
What are your technical requirements?
A screen or projector with an HDMI input and a wireless microphone. For live demos I also need a stable internet connection.
