Visual materials with AI for projects: PAM Summit 2026

At PAM Summit 2026 in Kraków, I talked about building a cohesive AI ecosystem for a project: skills, selecting tools for the process, and using MCP to unify your applications.

On 24 June 2026, I spoke at PAM Summit in Kraków, a conference organised by the Kraków branch of the PMI Poland Chapter.

In the PANTEON room, I talked about creating visual materials for projects and stakeholder communication using AI.

I started with problems familiar to anyone working with AI: every prompting session starts from scratch, graphics end up with inconsistent styles, and tools evolve faster than we complete our projects. My solution is to build a custom workflow ecosystem for your project:

  • A skill is an instruction you write once and use forever. Instead of learning prompt structures from scratch for each model, you gather this knowledge in one place.
  • Internal project knowledge, meaning style, tone, and assets, is worth building yourself.
  • The avalanche of gen-AI tools causes real fear and resistance in teams. There is no single tool for the entire scope, but you do not need a hundred of them either if you select them for your process.
  • MCP acts as a universal USB-C port for AI. It allows one model to manage other tools.
  • AI does not replace expert judgement. It speeds up the process, but the decisions belong to the project team.
