On 10 December 2025, I spoke at PMPIADA, a speakers' competition organised by the Poznań branch of PMI Poland Chapter at the Poznań University of Economics and Business. In 18 minutes, I presented 'Creative leadership with AI. Transforming leadership in the era of artificial intelligence'.
I guided the presentation through the story of a manager who started by replacing people with AI, and through four attitudes: courage, curiosity, collaboration and connection. My main points:
- The challenge lies in the organisation. Around 70% of challenges relate to people and processes, which I observe firsthand during implementations.
- AI accelerates and scales processes, amplifying them in their current state.
- Implementation requires more than access, and transformation goes beyond tools. Buying a licence alone leaves the business model unchanged.
- Psychological safety encourages the team to take risks, creating the foundation for innovation.
- Advantage comes from the ability to learn and adapt. A leader manages the change in people, processes and culture, asking employees: 'What are you already using, and what does it give you?'
